At Senself we believe in delivering the best experience to all of our customers. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can reach out to our customer support within 30 days of your purchase for any domestic orders. Our team will be more than happy to answer all your requests.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Only products purchased at Senself.com may be returned for a refund.
Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. We cannot accept nearly empty containers, or containers filled or tampered with other creams for refund.
Items purchased with a discount or as part of a valued set are not eligible for a refund.
Shipping costs are not eligible for refunds.
We are not responsible for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot refund or accept a return.
RETURNS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
